After Dinner Cocktails? It’s not what you think. The chefs from The Greenhouse have created a unique collection of petit fours for your after dinner enjoyment. “It's a great way to end the meal, as it's a bit of a talking point and pretty fun,” says Executive Chef Peter Tempelhoff.

Here, Peter Tempelhoff explains the whimsical creations; on the plate you’ll find: Bloody Mary Macaroons: Tabasco shells, Worcestershire butter cream, tomato jelly, celery pieces... it’s all there! Black Russian Truffles: vodka and Kahlua flavoured dark chocolate truffles Margarita Fruit Jellies: lime and tequila jellies with a salted lime sherbet on top. Pina Colada Lamingtons: pineapple and rum sponge covered in coconut with pineapple and rum gel on top. Mint Julep Bubble: large exploding spheres of bourbon, mint and sugar.
