Cocktail Recipe: Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn Margarita

Our talented bartenders are putting a Greenhouse Bar twist on the Classic Margarita to create one of our signature Martinis, the Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn Margarita. Enjoy it at the elegant Greenhouse Bar to start your evening in style - then wow your dinner guests at home with this irresistible aperitif!

You need:

  1. Margarita glass
  2. Ice blocks
  3. Cocktail shaker
  4. 50ml El Jimador
  5. 25ml Pink peppercorn syrup
  6. 50ml grape fruit juice
  7. Lime
  8. Strainer 
  9. Salt


  • Put ice blocks into the Margarita glass to chill the glass
  • Add all ingredients (except salt) into a cocktail shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously combining all the ingredients
  • Garnish glass by wetting the rim slightly, then dip the glass rim in salt
  • Using a strainer pour out all the liquid, making sure no ice goes through
  • Serve
