Michelle has handpicked some of the region’s best natural wines. Executive Chef Peter Tempelhoff and Greenhouse Head Chef, Ashley Moss have taken up the challenge to pair these wines with innovative dishes; in the pursuit of the perfect balance between flavour, weight, texture and acidity.
