With that kind of thinking and commitment to local produce in mind, Peter Tempelhoff makes sure that if it's not fresh, local and seasonal, you won't find it on his menu. While each of our restaurants has a distinct theme, what they have in common is the desire to give each guest a memorable culinary experience – be it through Greenhouse’s legendary dishes on its rich, African fables-inspired menu, The Conservatory’s celebration of tradition or the simplicity of Origins at The Marine and Seafood at The Plettenberg.
Peter continues to explore and reimagine what South African food can be. In his words, all he has to do now is “keep innovating, keep coming up with new things, new dishes, new flavours, and always keep stretching the boundaries”.
